BE READY FOR YOUR SUCCESS

It is hard to find anyone who is an overnight success unless he is a Lotto winner. Even so, most Lotto winners eventually go broke. Dr. D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones was onto something when he said, “The worst thing that can happen to a man is to succeed before he is ready.” That has some truth because success requires preparation. When most people talk about overnight success, they are conflating it with favorable results. For example, many people call Usain Bolt an overnight night success, in the embryonic stage of his career, until they watch his documentary and discover how hard he trains. A singer, Chronixx, who climbed the Billboard charts recently had this to say, “Success doesn’t come overnight.” I agree because success is not like dew. So don’t be a person who buys numbers to gain a jackpot, be like the doctor who studies daily to meet the needs of her patients.
