IT’S MONDAY AGAIN

Monday is already a hard start for many. Make it easier on yourself by thinking of something you enjoy. Listen to your favorite music, read your preferred text, savor your best coffee, or sip slowly on your favorite tea leaf from China. If you are a manager, think about the way your staff feels on a Monday. Help make things easier for them. Don’t criticize. Do what Charles Schwab said, “Be hearty in your approbation and be lavish in your praise.”
