The manufacturers of Tylenol understood that people might not buy their product if there was only one size available on the market. Even though each capsule contained the correct remedy and dosage to cure headaches, some people would only take it if it was presented in a certain way. The maker of the product had to find ways to make it more appealing to some consumers. Some people would open the capsule before consuming it, while others would take it as is with enough water. Then there are those who would not take a tablet unless it was sugar-coated, even though the sugar-coated tablet had the same dosage as the other option. Just as with tablets, you have to deliver the right dosage and with the truth, you have to convey it with precision and clarity because people need it. However, even though people want to hear the truth, some individuals can’t handle the “raw” truth. Despite this, you still have to serve them the truth in a palatable way. You have to treat some people like doctors, offering it in portions and sizes. Just as with tablets, some people will receive the truth well, and some will only respond to it when it is sugarcoated. Even though you have to sugarcoat the truth for some individuals, you still have to make sure that you impart accurate information in its entirety.
